I hate felines, I hate cats

They’re nasty, malicious little prats

They always land on their feet

They may look fluffy, cute and sweet

But they’ve needles for teeth and razors for claws

That they conceal inside their paws.

I hate their mewl, I hate their wail.

The cocky way they flick their tail.

The way they hiss, and arch their back

Before launching into a vicious attack

I hate their purr, I hate their fur

The sight of them makes me go grrrr!

They make me sick, they get my goat

I want to grab them by the throat

To bite and tear and rip and rend

I hate them to the bitter end

There’s no rational reason I’m a cat hater

Other than I’m a dog it’s just in my nature
