I Know My Killers Name

I know my mothers name,

I know my fathers too,

Brothers, sisters, uncles, sons,

I know them all, I do.

I know my teachers names,

My friends and foes, it's true,

My aunts, my gran's and grandads,

I know them all, I do.

I know the names of flowers,

And colours of each hue,

Of bridges, domes and towers,

I know them all, I do.

I know the names of doctors,

I now know quite a few,

And they taught me another name,

And one day they will you.

I know the name of my killer,

And now my killer knows mine,

And one day we'll meet each other,

And our names will forever entwine.

Refreshingly different . leading to a sort of inevitability draws us in, and the last line of each verse gives it a nice twist.

Don't worry, although we all have health problems, (and I have a few), I wrote that more with someone else in mind.

As for my outlook, I refer you to "There Is A Box." (I'm fine ?)

The last line left me wondering?
