Call for a bilingual Polish and a bilingual Chinese poet

entry picture

Can you help Anjum find two poets to help with multilingual work in schools? As if being a much-produced BBC radio scriptwriter and multilingual poet herself weren’t enough, to keep her busy Anjum Malik has also been working in schools, encouraging the writing and performing of poetry across the linguistic divides, and running local mushaira - Asian poetry festivals.

She is now looking for two bilingual poets – one Polish/English speaking, one English/Chinese (presumably Mandarin) to join her for a paid gig with young children in a Manchester school in February. If you know someone who knows someone, Anjum is waiting for your call. Well, email.

More information from Anjum Malik: Quickly please! thank you.
