I dredged up all my previous hurts.

It is a strange but very creative one Hazel.

I guess taking the pain and moving on with the least damage done is the wisest and preferable act.

One which the Buddah would undoubtedly approve of, to inflict or endure suffering really serves little purpose, possibly with the exception of penance.
