Thanks, Brian and Hannah.
I recently saw a YouTube snippet of JRM on his feet in the
Commons defending Press freedom. His grasp of his
material and cool analytical approach were hugely
impressive. He is a real asset to any parliamentary debate
and carries that impression beyond the chamber into the
wider world. A formidable "Spock-like" mind at work.
