"Right to exist" is the fundamental right of an individual

This is granted under the constitutional provisions

The supreme court has rightly addressed the problem

How can Government be forced to alter them

 

It is common knowledge that the sc/st act was deliberately violated

The innocent people were threatened and jailed

Even without witnesses, the act was put into force

This had become open fact they were causing concern

 

Now they know that they shall not be in the position to level charge intentionally

The court has observed and put curb forcefully

We also know that in true cases the person should be taken to course

But what, if he has been forcely falcificated and put to inconvience

 

Now all political parties and especially congress. Has made false hue and cry

To win the elections, they will try all the means

As, the result being is that, it will be used for the political gain

 

Let no one raise the question against the wisdom of supreme court

When politicians are sentenced, they openly claim the backing of the people

As if corruption has been given public sanction

And they have been given protection under the constitution
