Our Social Networking Policy

Hide behind fake words and pictures
in a world of look who I am,
ensure that the truth is not fully shown
with a 140 character span.

Anything posted must be designed
to provoke those possessed of no brain,
either that or be vacuous egotistical tripe
from your life which we’ll all find inane.

Be sure to entice with a headline
or a statement to only infer,
friends and followers forced then to question
what thing is this to which you refer.

Show how much better your life is
than that of all others you know,
the alternative option is to constantly moan
about terrible suffering and woe.

Share as a fact any gossip
even when it is only a rumour,
steal any and all others postings
if they contain even small hints of humour.

Here have been listed some of the rules
It appears we should all observe,
let us show as we enter the social networking ring
the respect we believe they deserve.

Hi Jacqueline
Well done on a neatly constructed poem that rings true regarding social networking. Great rhyming too. Thanks for your recent like as well
