While worker bees in their hives make honey
the queens are thriving and making money
in full metal jackets the workers live
spent shells to remind us to regret but forgive.
Now the keepers come in their suits
avoiding stings and natural disputes.

Well read too, by the way. Another thing I couldn't do.
I wouldn't have known what it was about without the audio, but it makes perfect sense. I could never even attempt to write anything topical for fear of trivialising it, but this is a fitting tribute. I like the idea of comparing a tower block to a bee hive.

Thanks for that about the audio David. When you know someone really well there is a depth , another layer perhaps that comes through -one of the plusses!
