I've worked my socks off to keep my family safe . And now they are adults . I will always do the same . I will speak my mind . And try my very best . To see that their allowed  . To live and progress . It's been hard work never knowing how or when . My illnesses will take me or will they ever end . One step after another when your always feeling ill . A good day or a bad day  . Sometimes you just can't tell . Always keeping going . And finding something to do to keeps my mind active . Writing poems for me and you .
