The monkey took a slender twig
And poked it down a crack
Gave it an up and downward jig
And promptly pulled it back.

Full of creepy-crawly things
Which he licked off speedily
(Quite ignoring all the stings)
Then poked back greedily.

Cripes! said Jonathan-surprised
Haven`t we all been fools
Never - till now - to realise
That monkeys can use tools!

So I seized the opportunity   
(My P.C. in such condition)
To ask him to recruit for me
Some monkey-electrician.
