eyes blinking hair is kind of tickling my lip brush it with my left had right hand is moving upon page left toes curl under and now stretch breath in and out head moces to the left quickly but slowly moving to the right leg in now itching itch with left hand moving right arm down the table so that I can reach the page itching nose with left forefinger arm is starting to ache leaning back in chair long exhale shuffle on chair now my leg is still itching left arm moves from page onto lap lips twitch swallowing breathing gentle blinking once twice now i dont want to blink remove right leg from underneath me because it was uncomfortable its pretty cold in here its actually quite hard to write i almost forgot the second i now i am hanging off the edge of the page lean back turn page place crisps down i really want to eat the crisps but i feel like i shouldnt make a sound ithcing chin with left hand move hair to the left side of side of my kneck legs clasp together to catch the crisps shaking right arm because arm hurts i think im holding my pen too tightly i think my whole arm is just too tense my face itches again its like evertime i think of the word itch it itches larger inhake run fingers through hair tuck hair behind right ear because its annoying and i hate it when it falls into my face i must tell libby i remember her from her immersive last year god i want to eat these crisps oh jees my handwriting is becoming pretty illegible surely its almost ten minutes im not sure because time always sort of stops when you get in your head its kinda weird oh no i almost crushed the crisps with my left arm but i picked them up and placed them in a safer place itch my eye with my left forefinger trying not to get the spices into my eye i dont think spices is the best word.
