some part rejected

became too much

in demand..

 

no words to spend..

music's too loud drinking

too much to dream of extravagance

making too much fun

of this boredom

 

no fun in going to look

at what I don't have

 

no longer in the mood

to put these tentative hopes

up on display

for public entertainment

 

shut down the lines

and stop production
