Warsaw 1944 Ghetto

Warsaw 1944 Ghetto

Men women and children

Pushed behind a wall

A barbed wire fence

Starved of sustenance

Limited health care

Slow education

No job opportunities

Daily fear of death

Racial hatred

The constant anger

And fear of the gun

Made to live in squaller

Hopeless children

No place to call home

Summary execution

Crammed together

No hope no future

Soldiers always there

Pointing hatred

And guns

Killers killing legalised

Beaten down broken

Population homeless

Death toll constantly rising

Worlds blind eyes turned

We should be ashamed

To do nothing

When this is seen

In Palestine 2016

Anti semite?

Thank you elpintor. I wish they could find peace. I don't object to the state of Israel, but their tactics are an obscenity.

I read this piece when you put it up a couple of days ago..it's very compelling and I feel I can't refrain from commenting..

I saw a movie several months ago..a very touching story that I feel references the delicacies of the relationships between these two peoples..

It is called "A Bottle In The Gaza Sea"..

Thank you.

Thank you... Your comments are always pertinent and gratefully received.

I think the pertinent line is killers killing legalised. Its always the de humanising of the enemy that make them targets.
The Israeli arms industry is now huge. And practices its devastation in small wars with small neighbours.

The recent attacks on Ken Livingstone by the Jewish lobby that has bastardised the use of the phrase "anti semitic" to silence anyone who speaks out against Israeli foreign policy.
Was my motivation for pen to paper.
