one day i am sure

that i will read a line

in a book or from a

poem that will explain

beyond doubt what we

are and why we exist.

 

i think realistically

we are all just waiting to

find that line and when we

find it we will finally

close our eyes and sleep

sweet dreams for ever.

 

and even though

 no one has ever written

 that line the thought

 that maybe someone

 will is enough to make

 me wake up each

morning and just

keep reading.
