Michael Horovitz and friends in triple birthday bash at POE! festival

Poet, performer and impresario Michael Horovitz will be celebrating three anniversaries on Saturday – his 80th birthday earlier this year, the 50th anniversary of the Albert Hall Poetry Incarnation, and 35 years of his Poetry Olympics – at Kensington town hall with guests including Lemn Sissay, Pete Brown, Kayo Chingonyi, and Cecilia Knapp, as well as the William Blake Klezmatrix Band and the New Departures All-Stars. The P.O.E! (Poetry Olympics Enlightenment) festival takes place on Saturday 17 October from 7.30pm to 10.45pm. More details
