Fuelled by tacky magazines with nothing to say

Driven insane by things I see

Stuck in a hole by celebrity apathy

 

A-listers claim their right to riches

Turning them into divas and conceited bitches

Not enough to pose woodenly in front of a lens

But to sign contracts from the gullible to suit their ends

 

Celebrity today is purely cheap

Lapped up by the insecure like eager sheep

Paris Hilton gained notoriety in a dodgy film

No talent or ability the airheads rule

 

The gullible public want to appear like their idol

With chiselled faces and a Botox smile

Plastic surgery rules for unhinged teens

With dodgy feelgoods raking in the fees

 

Celebrity today is purely superficial

Gaining fame from everything that is false and artificial

No real talent but a cover shot on Prada

And a perfume contract and biography to play the public harder
