The world shimmers

Fragile like glass

Not everyone can see through the cracks

The world isn't perfect

But it is not broken

Seeing these flaws the cracks it has

The meanings behind this world of glass

The people who live here such as me or you

Are made up of the same material

Notw don't be fooled for some are blind

And do not know where to find

The true happiness and smiles that lurk

Deep under the surface, not just of earth

But our hearts that are trapped in pain

Everyone needs a ray of light to take it away

Let me take your hand and together we will take it all away

Fill in the cracks and mend the hurt

Cure you of a painful curse

Over time the seams will fill

You will cease to feel plagued and ill

The world is flawed

And so is humanity

But you must look for the beauty

Hidden in everything

Even if sometimes it doesent feel like it's surfacing
