Cynthia Buell Thomas and Jenny Berry are the guest poets at Write Out’s Sale’s open mic event at the Waterside arts centre, Sale on Tuesday 16 September. Jenny, an English language student at Manchester University, was awarded a guest spot after winning last month’s top open mic performer vote. Entry is £3/£2, and it starts at 7.30pm.
