entry picture

A workshop on writing poems about London and other urban subjects is being offered by South Bank Poetry magazine on Saturday 16 November from 10.30am to 4.30pm in the Poetry Studio, at 22 Betterton Street, London. The morning and afternoon workshops are organised by South Bank Poetry’s founding editor Peter Ebsworth. There will also be a meet the editors session, with emphasis on advice for submitting poems to SBP and other magazines, and a Q&A with Peter and co-editor Katherine Lockton. More details. The workshop comes as the deadline nears for South Bank Poetry’s competition, to be judged by Clare Pollard, on 30 November. More details
