Poetry profile heist – case solved?

entry picture

In what appeared to some to be a daring raid on our website, finely polished verses and whole poetry profiles were apparently spirited away under the noses of our security staff.
Unlike its Belgian counterpart, we don’t think your gems ever left the premises.  Our investigators believe they have now recovered all the missing loot, secured the perimeter, and believe the problems are now sorted.
The snag is, I could never see the problem anyhow, as the profiles were always on view to me. So, please could you check and let us know if it is now fixed, and all your valued possessions back safe and sound?
We apologise for the problems. Many thanks to software Superintendent, Paul, for arresting the problem. If he has.

Never mind high street, I am the spiv on the corner with poems inside his copious overcoat looking for a quick sale before the rozzers round the corner

Looking every bit the French Lieutenant's woman, Yvonne Brunton returns to our shores as a visible poet!

If WriteOutLoud is the "high street" of the poetry world, to continue the precious stones analogy, I am the "Ratners." Not even worth the insult of a brick through the window . . . boo-hoo . . .

Hey Anthony, you are so wrong. You are a diamond geezer, a cut above the rest. It is out of respect for your oeuvre that your work has been left alone. Trust me, I know of what I speak. I have been making this sort of stuff up for years.

I sit here now, after reading this, sobbing into my tepid coffee and contemplating whether my life is worth living. Plagiarists avoid my work (like the plague) and no one thinks my profile is worth stealing. Goodbye cruel WOL . . .
