Only In September Night...

entry picture

Only in September night

The stars are so bright.

Only in September night

The stars are like silver nails

Ready to tell me fairy tales.

On the black silky velvet they shine,

One of them is certainly mine.

It is close to the Ursa Major,

It is my dearest encourager.

It looks at me from the dark sky,

Winks and says: Come on, fly!

It seems to be very small,

I know, it will never fall.

May be it’s a giant star,

It looks small as it’s too far.

With the huge stars around

It’s quite hard to be found.

For me it is an exception,

Of the whole universe it’s a fraction.

I am so daring and brave to crave

When time comes to shine over my grave.

Thank you dear Stefan! It's always pleasant to read your poems and your comments. And now it's even more pleasant as you are together with Patricia. My warmest wishes to her.

Thank you my dear Lynn for helping me. I would like to ask you: Please, always tell me your opinion on this or that stanza. It's much appreciated.
With love, Larisa

Hi Larisa, there are some beautiful lines in this poem. I enjoyed it. (If you don't mind me saying, I think it should be "I am so daring and brave" or "I dare and am so brave") Lovely though, with love, Lynn xx
