Today is a Chanel day.
A Coco Chanel
and chocolate day.
Don't ask me why?
I just sense it as
September rain, still warm
swathes a tired summer.
And who am I to object?
This day warms me,
I feel good inside
and I would have you
see the beauty
with me.
In me.
Calvin sulks,
I laugh, tell him
"your time will come."
But just for today
when each fruit is heavy
and each bird is blue.
This day can only be
for Chanel.
Enjoyed this Stella. I don't use Chanel myself, but the chocolate sounds nice. .

Oooo I want a Coco Chanel and chocolate day too - but I'm heavily committed to watching monkeys shit and rip my car apart (Knowsley Safari Park)...

I,m in'klein'ed to say
this is a lovely airy
optimistic poem,
ideal for la femme.
I can almost whiff
what,with hands up has the perfume
of something that shall remain
non-present on my wifes dressing table.
haha! as if not!
if it did,nt,I would speechless
lying on a cold slab.
this leaves a lovely lingering odour
unlike the onion-like smell
of my arm-pits after a day
of d.i.y in t'hot sun.
