Everyone’s a star player

Getting on stage, calm or in a rage

Poetry we’re lauding, audience applauding

Reciting, delighting, would be poets we’re inviting

Let your talents flow, get on stage have a go

Be inspired, imagination fired

Don’t sit in doubt, let it all out

Don’t listen to those that say “no”

Screw ‘em all and have a go
