1 Be smoke free

It's never too late to stop smoking,

It's harmful,cut the risk by stopping.

 

2 Keep a healthy weight 

Keeping a healthy weight can reduce the risk of cancer,

Being aware of your portion size's is definitely the answer.

 

3 Stay safe in the sun

Stay safe wherever you are,protect yourself from the sun,

Cover up with a hat and sunglasses when out having fun.

 

 

4 Cut down on alcohol 

Cut down on alcohol ,only consume a little bit.

Alcohol is a bigger problem than we tend to admit.

 

5 Think about what's on your plate

A balanced diet can help control your weight,

Eating more fruit,veg and rice would be great.

 

6 Get moving

Aim to be active every single day,

Walk,dance,cycle to keep cancer away!!

Thanks for that very wise advice, Hugh.
Though I wouldn't advise swimming in either our maritime or inland waterways; that activity poses a severe health risk due to sewage, plastics, and some "forever" chemical pollutants.
