Scream scream It's Halloween
I'm living a nightmare
Caught in a dream

The working day is nearly done 
Dusk falls and night is on the way
I walk fearfully through the gloom
Hope I'm going to be okay
I cut through the graveyard
And get a creepy spooky feeling
I trip over and fall across a headstone
A rotting hand appears the skin a peeling
I try to scream and shout
But no words do come out
  
I get up unsteady on my feet and run Panic and fright has taken a  hold
I stop briefly shaking in my tracks
As a vampire snarls thirsty and bold
Ghouls appear from nowhere
I am surrounded and in fear
Zombies march forward drooling
A fight for survival the end is near
Two glistening fangs puncture my neck
My blood flows freely what the heck

I escape and flee in terror
My captures are not far behind
I stumble upon a quaint cottage
Hopefully safety I will find
A wrinkled toothless old lady appears 
She seems friendly and kind
I venture inside and she gives me a brew
I come over all dizzy and faint
When I awaken with a start 
I am cooking in a cauldron of stew
