Cheer Up Broken Heart

You can cry yourself to sleep, You can stay in just to weep

I know they broke your heart, they tore it right apart

But know you’re a fine specimen of a human being

they just couldn’t see what they were leaving

You can travel alone, take care of yourself

But don’t be alone, because the alone are alone

Take your time but don’t forget about love

Those who don’t love, probably aren’t loved

Cheer up broken heart, I know you’ve been hurt

They’ll get theirs, twice as painful I heard

Don’t build a wall to protect yourself

Too many layers makes it hard for someone else

Keep your eyes open, or you may miss the one

Try not to blink or they will be gone

Kiss with your heart, touch with your soul

Let them give you everything and more

Richard,

This poem is very beautiful!
Well expressed and uplifting to those who go different life stages being heart broken.

"Take your time but don’t forget about love
Those who don’t love, probably aren’t loved"

BEAUTIFUL JOB!

Thank you,
Zuzanna
