Piñata Earth

Mother nature painted you by hand

Blue swirls traced along your land

A wonderous heaven lost to nature

May you still yet hopefully have a future?

You sway innocently in a dead void

Whille your cost of living is toiled

The aliens still infect you

Spewing out the innocence that held you

You are a blue green marble

A child's tale, a cherished fable

But waiting for you is a stick

To batter and gush you, take your pick

You're warm to me

A home for all our sea

But not enough can be done

As the winners win and the losers spun

So as the dark clouds gather, always remember

You're beatufiul, you are

But hope for you is brittle

Like a dying star

Piñatas are fun but not forever like Earths beauty…I suppose.

This poem reminds me that I don't need hope.

I need piñatas 😃
