Six Prime Ministers he has experienced to give him a pat.
With joy Larry has welcomed Rishi to his new role.

Going by the recent pet insurance and food adverts,
Cats and dogs get better healthcare than UK citizens.
Glad to see we've got our priorities right as a nation!
