It's a lovely winter morning 

With cold breeze freezing us 

Sun is playing hide and seek 

Under multiple clouds cover 

 

An amazing view from dinning hall to see 

Warm Breakfast all set under the shady tree 

Sun gives a peek and hides Irresistibly

Creating a passion to have more of its beauty 

 

Winter mornings add on a charm in tropical countries 

After enervating heat, it's a solace and much earned relief 

Days are getting darker and darker with approaching new years eve 

The month of January will be all misty and foggy like a snowy crease 

 

These romantic winter winds brings with them memories 

Of days well spent in childhood on the hills of Naini Tal 

Mirth and laughter, giggles and shouts all doing rounds 

A head full of past to remind of youthful glories 

 

O Allah i thank thee heartfully for these winter dews 

Pearls strewn all over the garden in the early morning hours 

Shining like crystals from heavens as rainbow rays on them fall 

A magical display of dewy dance showcasing every winter season
