This world of ours is lovely 

Filled with people lively 

Some give you laughter 

Some share their smile 

Others make you wise 

And teach you patience otherwise 

 

This world of ours is bright 

The sun gives us light 

The moon removes darkness from the skies 

There're flowers giving us fragrances 

And clouds share their wisps of whites 

 

This world of ours is colourful 

With flowers yellow, orange and blue 

Trees that are green and tall 

Giving us delicious bright fruits 

Sky is blue and oceans too 

With clouds white and snow too 

 

This world of ours is amazing 

Here birds fly in the sky above 

Fishes find in water their homely respite 

Man on land with other animals 

To their family, a home they provide 

 

This world of ours is our home 

So we should give back to it love and care 

Making it a better place not just for us 

But for people we don't know 

And generations that shall follow us
