I saw this on Facebook this morning, tried to make a poem by rearranging the words and adding a couple. 

To everyone out there
who is trying right now

Trying to hold on
Trying to find their flow
Trying to keep going
Trying to let go

Trying to stay open
Trying to be right 
Trying to stay afloat
Trying to see the light

Trying to find some balance
Trying to greet each new day
Trying to love themselves
Trying new things and new ways 

Try to remember 
you are never alone
