Now that Afterlife is finished   
don’t know what we will find to do 
Friday nights will not be the same
we will have to find something new

The most difficult of subjects 
shouldn’t be this entertaining 
But the show is complete genius 
so you won’t hear me complaining

We watched an episode a week 
something we both looked forward to
It made us laugh and made us cry 
we hoped the dog would make it through

There will be no spoilers from me
as that really would not be fair 
All I will say is at this time 
no TV programme can compare

So if you haven’t seen it yet
you should add it to your watch list
