A new Write Out Loud night - in Worcester tonight!

entry picture

We at Write Out Loud are very excited about a new monthly Write Out Loud night that’s starting in Worcester very soon. The first evening is being held on Monday 24 January at the History and Heritage Pod, Crowngate, in Broad Street, starting at 7pm.

The format is as follows: for those who would like to share their own work, poems or short pieces, or read someone else’s – or just listen. It’s from 7pm-9pm, with a cuppa and biscuits at half-time. A vague theme to get started, Out of Lockdown?! then free rein. Comments/discussion may flow, but it’s an informal get-together, not a critical workshop!

The Crowngate manager is providing the facility free of charge, but a suggested donation of £2 for refreshments would be welcomed. Use the Broad Street entrance; you can park for £1 in the Crowngate multistorey car park after 5pm. For more information contact WriteWorcester@outlook.com – 07934269560
