He was her world,her life,her everything,
Nothing could have prepared her for what covid would bring.
Dr Irfan Halim a gifted doctor right up to the end,
Treating covid patients on the front line,helping them mend.
Described as being like "ten men in one body"on the front line,
Working on a covid intensive ward died after a covid battle on week nine.
A hero surgeon missed a covid booster jab by five days,
A dedicated carer for covid patients, we must praise.
Passed away at an early age of 45,
Many covid patients he helped survive.
An incredible husband and a father of four,
A sad loss of a hero not with us anymore.

It is a tragedy twice over when someone devoted to the well-being of others should fall victim to infection and could not be
saved. And at such a comparatively young age too. Covid-related takes on a new painful meaning in such cases.
