57. Poem

Seconds are like hours

And months like years

Without my lover

Moments are frozen

They say time is racing

For me it's still the same

The day he left and went

My life hasn't moved ahead

Those memories I breathe

I live them every minute

Everyday I think I will wake

It's a slumber my mind takes

Reality is what was then

It hasn't changed for me anyway

Long was the road I saw

It still has emptiness same

Who says we are getting any old

Venture the roads of my memory

We still play hide and seek

Climbing same steps ever day

You are the same you

As I saw you just yesterday

I don't find a change in time

Nor my memory has lost anytime in anyway

I know you won't believe what I say

Come and lay your head where I sleep

My dreams are my living reality

Where my my lover I perceive

Time is still, so it the air

Nothings moving backward nor forward

It's where we left the day we parted ways

And my life frozen to the days of yesterdays

A forever love sleeps
in many dreams
from a yesterday
never waking up from.
