Make an exhibition of yourselves

Create A Museum of Your Life

Think of a person, it can be you, or someone you know well. Imagine you are creating a museum of their life. Think of the objects you would put on display, lost baby teeth? Love letters? Your first school shoes? Photos? Think of the stories that might be told, videos or photos that might be shown. Here is a list of things to think about:

What would the building look like?

What would the entrance look like?

Would you have to pay to get in? (maybe you would have to pay another way? My mum loved dancing so maybe to get into her museum you would have to attempt to do the splits!)

How would it feel inside? Would it be dark and dingey, bright and airy? Colourful? Cold?

What would the people be like who worked there? Might they take you on tours? What would they show you?

What objects would be very special and kept in glass or maybe a special velvet red rope around them?

Would there be a shop or a cafe? What would that be like?
