I like to stay home

more than I like to go out

I am comfortable at home

it is my personal space

and I can putter around in it

undeterred by other people

or their opinions

I can move at my own pace

or not work at all

it is just nice to be at home

where there is peace

no traffic

no mobs or crowds

no conflict

no sir

I am at home at home

more than anywhere else

it is my writing sanctuary

I like that.
