Promises are the token of friendly gesture

but not sure of

its implementation

it is done just in a suitable situation

 

promises

it makes misses

it still stands

and ends in the dismal show

 

promises are hollow

and not allowed

to take shape

as it is tapped on no man's words

 

it has become our legacy

and has increased its frequency

only to find self in jittery

and feel so sorry

 

if promises are to be kept

one should remain an apt

before committing the words

as failure may throw you backwards

 

pro-miss is the word pronounced

miss it before it is bounced

promises are meant to be broken

as it is spoken often and brought also down
