A few days ago I asked for a word and you said balance so I used it 

In lock down we wrote Daily we can write and i'll prove it 

So here goes "a situation in which different elements are equal or in the correct proportions"

It's all about balance equality fair portions 

 

Trying to balance being a mum a daughter a writer an artist a girlfriend a sister is more like a juggle 

I'll be honest being a empath a lightworker in a robotic world is a struggle 

On the front line in this battle isn't plain sailing

Feeling my own pain ..their pain your pain can shut me down and at times I feel like I'm caving avoiding failing

My dance teacher in school named Mrs Ball 

Passive aggressive thought she new it all 

Dreamt of being a ballerina but she was too tall

She said stand on one leg and hold your stance 

A common exercise used in dance 

 

I'd do it then I'd wobble and stumble or fall 

Famous words from Mrs Ball...

"Find a dot or Mark to fix your eyes on the wall"

She said focus on that dot on the wall and ignore distraction 

And guess what I achieved it..satisfaction 

 

I guess the key to balance in all areas of life is focus ..ignore distractions  ..zone out 

And then before you know it life sorts all your problems out
