From the distance

I saw a shadow by chance

I feared she was a woman

ready to jump in well and end human life

 

I raced towards

without waiting for words

and pulled her back

she was surprised to see her stake annulled

 

I did not tell a simple word

but she uttered "O, Lord"

what was I doing to end life's journey!

"you have come as a messenger from an almighty

 

from then on, we frequently met

enjoyed the company and gave more dates

I leaned on his shoulder

and found him a real soothsayer

 

Now I have no complaints

and paint

the life with rainbow colours

for showering real happiness

 

life takes you to the odd cross

with a fear of total loss

you have no choice

but end the life at once
