We have a plan and a virus to beat
Data not dates, many targets to meet

Follow the path and stay on the right track
Keep pushing forward, don't want to go back

Not set in stone, we may change direction
Our hope is pinned on the vaccination

In five weekly blocks, March, April and May
Right through to mid June, Summer Solstice day

Children go back to school, testing is key
Fingers crossed, we will have to wait and see

No need to stay home, stay local is new
Mix with six outside is welcome news too

Retail shops open, gyms, hairdressers too
Sleepovers at home and trips to the zoo

Go to the pub, outdoors thirty can mix
A hotel stay, inside the rule of six

The route is set out, we are on our way
Destination date, Merriweather day
