Disaster hits a pair of Brussel sprouts discarded after a Christmas dinner
A pair of Brussel sprouts were on a night out,
One stepped off a kerb, got injured by a car going flat out.
At A&E the doctor had good news and bad,
"The good news I have for you,
He is going to pull through,
The bad news,he is going to go under the knife.
And will end up being a vegetable for the rest of his life !"

Thank goodness the Dr stepped up to the plate.
(And rescued the day for the sprout and his mate.)
