She Was Just A Girl

She was just a girl,
With dreams she could not afford to see.
Trapped in a teenager's body,
She had a soul of three.

She was just a girl,
Who was supposed to have dreams.
Failing to find a way out,
She was left alone with her screams.

She was just girl,
With heavy expectations upon her.
Refusing to procrastinate her happiness,
She was then seen as a cur.

She was just a girl,
Who had lots do to do on her plate.
Trying to escape reality with drugs,
She was deceived by her fate.

She was just a girl,
With overthinking as a superpower.
Fed up with the world's taunting,
She jumped off the tower.

She was just a girl,
Who needed a little understanding.
Labelled as "ordinary",
She could not help dying.
