Now it brings fear and sadness

Now as we head towards winter
blue skies are turning cloudy grey
Now our future seems uncertain
impossible to plan that special day

We need this pandemic to be over
for it to be gone for good at last
We need covid-19 to be a memory
bad news left in the distant past
