After a break the 'LitaBury' festival returns on the 23rd of August in a venue in the centre of Bury, Lancashire - see the gig guide for full details.

Organiser, Gemma Lees, is looking for people to lead intensive 30 minute workshops intended to interest and engage children and/or adult with low literacy levels. A payment of £30 per workshop will be paid on the day.

She's also looking for volunteers to help run the day  - volunteers and artists get a free lunch (honest)!
