What is it with all the Christmas talk
do they not know it's still September
I am thinking of starting a campaign
to just keep Christmas in December
The news fast forwards us into Spring
but there was one other report today
As if the news couldn't get any worse
“it's three months until Christmas day”
The sofa adverts started a month ago
tubs of celebrations are in the shops
Please keep Christmas in December
these three month warnings have to stop
In my opinion, come the revolution
Pre-December Christmas talk should not be allowed
Anybody found in contravention
Will be lined up and – sorry, did I think out loud?

? Nice one Julie. I love the phrase 'keep Christmas in December' I think you could build some momentum with that one.
Personally, I'm down for some Christmas spirit from about mid-November onwards. But I quite like an abrupt stop come Dec 27th.
