As the sun makes it's way toward the horizon
And the stars begin to speckle the night sky
While we watch in our curious amazement
Not knowing if the sun will ever rise again
But the moon still glows brightly
From the sunlight reflected
And gives us hope for another day
Yet the dark brings out many creatures
