Misery

They took her exuberance and fled away

Let her sink in never ending milky way

Prancing here and there with utmost misery

She couldn't resist, merely

they are her love once again

Only thing she can do

Sway away from mighty grief and never go back again

Thank you so much Philipos, Its a privilege to get admirable response from such a stellar poet. Even so, I don't have any idea about John Donne but surely will explore his poetry. Oh! it's a mistake the word is "fled" you can check it again i have rectify it and again thank you so much for giving such a good compliment

I like your minimalist style - leaving the reader to probe away at the deeper meaning of your words - in some ways I am reminded of the works by John Donne - it was a style of writing I often used to emulate. Nice one. Did you mean to use the word 'fles' in your first sentence?
