End of Lockdown

What shall we do when this time has passed?
And from lockdown we'll be free at last.
We'll leave our homes and go outside
To roam all the towns or countryside.

We'll join our families and all our friends,
And this time there'll surely be no ends.
And our freedom we'll appreciate,
And each day will feel great.

We'll eat and drink in our favourite pubs,
And meet all member of our clubs,
Or we may go out at night to the movies,
With no longer a need to feel gloomy.

We shall again laugh and smile.
We'll love life again - and all the while.
And once again it will be allowed
To get together in huge crowds.

All people - they'll be back at work.
And restrictions won't make us berserk.
But patience must now be our guide,
And to isolate the world has tried.

Right now - it  may be hard to cope,
But just look ahead and carry hope.
So look to the future - we are almost there,
To enjoy this world which we love and share.
