I never plan what I write. All the words suddenly starts flowing. As if under some spell. While writing I never know what the poem would look like, its only after completion I realize what I did write. It does Express the subconscious mind and a bare heart. I never feel guilty of speaking truth. It has only liberated me from my fears and helped me grow. Now I feel much confident, balanced, peaceful and happy. Even during such stressful times, i feel absolutely no stress.
